On the left, you see Jasmine Lauzon, one of our pastry department employee, who won the gold medal
for the “2006 Québec Apprentice Pastry Chef contest” from the SCCPQ and the ARQ organisation.
In the middle is our pastry chef Marie-Josée Lacombe who was nominated “Pastry chef of the year in
2004” by the SCCPQ and the ARQ organisation and on the right is Katy Normandin, who also works
with our pastry chef and was nominated twice “2005 Québec Apprentice pastry chef”,
once by SCCQ et ARQ organization and the second nomination by the FCC.
